Because of all of the holiday festivities and visitors, this month’s regular meeting has been shifted to Tuesday, July 8 at 10 am in the public library.
The agenda will cover:
- Discussion of the 2008 festival.. and the decision as to whether to
have a 2009 festival - Planning for the upcoming Celtibilies Concert August..2 Contracts etc.
- Planning for the upcoming Journal making class session 1 Aug 15, 16 ????
- Presentation by Savannah Lewis on special event
- Planning for “Fish On ” July 25
- Contracts; Soul Street Dance Feb. 23.. Ball in the House (Westaf Grant)
Arts Council meetings are opened to the public and new members are always welcome.
